I'm Harshal Saraf. Creative Director and AI Strategist. Based in Indore. I started in brand and content work in 2014.
How I work
I use AI as a production layer, not to replace thinking, but to handle the parts that slow it down.
Research, first drafts, iterations, image generation: AI takes care of that. Strategy, creative direction, and the decisions that shape whether a brand earns trust or doesn't: that stays with me.
I plan the workflow, write the prompts, review the output, and make the calls that matter. That is what AI Orchestration means in practice.

ByHarshal is my personal creative practice. I work with founders and businesses on brand identity, visual identity, and content strategy.
Most clients come to me when they have a product or service that works but no clear way to communicate it. We build the brand story and the creative system around it.

Earlier career
Earlier in my career, I served as National Creative Head at Fullscoop, a creative agency focused on the hospitality sector. In that role, I led creative direction for multinational hospitality chains including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor Group, and Radisson.
That experience shaped how I think about brand consistency, creative standards, and delivering work at scale across multiple properties and markets.
Oh So AI
By night and on weekends, I write Oh So AI, a Tuesday and Friday newsletter for creatives and founders.
Every Tuesday and Friday I cover what is new and useful in AI: tools, updates, vibe coding, productivity systems, and frameworks for better work. No hype. Just the stuff worth knowing.

Outside of work
I am an active naturalist and wildlife photographer. Most of my field time is in central India's tiger reserves: Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Pench, and Ranthambore. I also do birding trips to Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
I hold mountaineering credentials from ABVIMAS, Manali, and have trekked across Himachal Pradesh and Leh Ladakh.
